What do I need to prepare to start this course?

It’s a self-guided course in which you can take lessons at your own pace when it’s convenient! Each pre-recorded instructional video isn’t more than 5 mins long and corresponds to a lesson in your personal workbook. There isn’t homework to hand it, instead think of it as a self-help tool that you get to keep forever! You will need an electric device(computer, tablet, phone) to watch instructional videos and you need to download a workbook(PDF) on a different device or printed it ahead of time to take notes.

Where can I view the entire list of lessons?

Would the online course be beneficial for someone with PTSD or who has suffered some sort of traumatic experiences?

PTSD is treated clinically by EMDR which requires you to make an appointment with Chieko.
This course is designed to repair after effects of trauma, such as abnormal hormones, strong defense responses, and unhelpful coping responses that can make people vulnerable to further injury. So this course guides you step-by-step, giving you tools to get out of this habitual trigger cycle and really learn to take care of yourself with a compassionate mind.
