Section 4: Mental Flexibility-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Let's practice CBT!

CBT helps improve emotional regulation: It enables you to identify and modify negative thought patterns, leading to better control over your emotions.

CBT enhances problem-solving skills: Often, we ruminate or overthink, which can cause anxiety. CBT exercises help break down problems into smaller, manageable parts, making it easier to find effective solutions.

Please download the digital book first and work on 1 or 2 CBT exercises per week. The key to effectively working on CBT is practice! Focus on the same topic until your mind becomes accustomed to it and answering the questions gets easier.
